We have established an adipose tissue bank that is one of its kind in Lithuania, for processing, storage and distribution of stromal vascular fraction cells from adipose tissue. It is also the countrys‘ only tissue bank that carries out activities in premises equipped in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. Our patented technology of extracted cells from adipose tissue has huge regenerative potential and can restore functions of the damaged tissues. These cells can be used even 20 years after their preparation.
Currently, we are the only laboratory in the Baltic States capable of producing ATMPs. In addition, we produce: unique dendritic cell and cytocine activated cells preparations for cancer immunotherapy; T cells which are segregated from the blood of the patient and activated by myelin basic protein for the treatment of multiple sclerosis; preparations for the stromal vascular fraction that are used in vascular surgeries and orthopedy.
To develop the field of individual therapies in Lithuania, we have continually invested in research, and have cooperated in scientific projects with local and foreign biotechnology companies, scientific institutions and other tissue banks. We take an extremely responsible approach to the preparation, training and internships for specialists working in the field of cell therapies.
